One Piece is an original manga series produced for television series. The manga series was written and illustrated byb Eiichiro Oda. So far, One Pice is one of the manga series which have sold lots of copies to over millions of avid readers in Japan and in other countries.

One Piece revolves around the adventures of a boy named Monkey D. Luffy who is not your ordinary 17-year-old boy. He obtained an elastic body after he had eaten a mystical fruit. He leads a pirate ship with his crew he calls Straw hats. Just like any other pirates, Luffy travels around the world to find the ultimate treasure which is known as “One Piece”. Other than the treasure, Luffy desires to become the next Pirate King. As Luffy travels the world in search for the ultimate treasure, he crosses paths with other pirates and villains ending in a battle. Also along the way, Luffy finds new friends who tag along his journey in search of the treasure.

Luffy’s crew consists of Roronoa Zoro who is a swordsman, Nami who is a navigator, Usopp as the sharpshooter, Sanji who is the chef of the team, Tony Chopper as the doctor, Nico Robin as the archaeologist, Franky as the shipwright and Brook the musician.

Some of the villains that Luffy had crossed paths are Baroque Works, Eneru, The Seven Warlords of the Sea, The Marines and the World Government.
