Luffy is teleported to another unknown island thanks to Kuma’s powers. He feels hunger, and in his search for food, he discovers some unknown mushrooms, and eat them.

Unfortunately, these mushrooms are mushrooms that grow inside one’s body, and as Luffy sleeps, the mushrooms start to grow inside his body. Fortunately, for him, he is discovered in time by a trio of amazon women who decide to take him to their city in order to cure him, but during the cleaning and curing process, they discover that Luffy is very different from them; unlike everyone else on the island, he is a man.
